PJ's Slow Cooker Pork Loin

Ingredients
36 oz lb pork loin1 Tbsp olive oil1 large onions, sliced3 cloves garlic1 tsp thymesalt and pepper to taste2 cups apple juice1 tbsp apple cider vinegar1 tbsp A1 steak sauce 2 cups chicken broth1 cup water2 tbsp cornstarch
Directions
Turn crockpot on high. Heat olive oil in skillet. Brown pork on all sides. Sprinkle with salt, pepper, and thyme. Remove from pan and place in slow cooker. Add onions to skillet and cook until tender, then add garlic and cook 30 seconds. Add apple juice, apple cider vinegar, A1 steak sauce and chicken broth and bring to a simmer. Mix cornstarch with water until dissolved and add to apple juice mixture. Stir until thickened. Add salt and pepper if desired. Slowly add mixture to pork loin and cook on high 6-8 hours or until tender. Makes 12-3oz servings
