Broccoli Rice Casserole

Ingredients
broccooli, cicken with rice, light sour cream, cheddar cheese, french fried onions
Directions
Preheat oen to 350. Cook broccoli in 1/2 cup boiling water until tender. While cooking broccoli, stir soup, sour cream, and 1/2 the french fried onions together and shred cheese. Add broccoli and cheese and stir, then spread in casserole dish. Bake 20 minutes uncovered. Sprinkle rest of onions on top. Bake 5 minutes. Makes 12-1 cup servings.
