low fat strawberry banana bread

Ingredients
1/4 c splenda2 tbspn olivioequivalent of one egg in egg beaters1/4 c applesauce2 small bananas1c frozen strawberries sliced3/4 c flour1/2 c whole wheat flour1/2 tsp baking soda1/4 tsp salt
Directions
preheat oven 350
take splenda and olivio and mix together
add the egg beater and the applesauce
add mashed bananas and then add the sliced strawberries
then add the flours mixed with the baking soda to a nice thick batter
pour into the greased loaf pan and bake for 50 minutes or until the toothpick comes out dry

    Very good. I didn't have any olivio and substituted I can't believe it's not butter light,used low fat light strawberry banana yogurt for the applesauce and store brand no calorie sweetener as I had no Splenda. I found the batter still too thick to mix and added some low fat soy milk . Delicious. - 9/22/11

    This was very yummy! I didn't have any splenda, so to sweeten I used a little honey, brown sugar and molasses. I also added in some chopped pecans and sprinkled cinnamon sugar on top before baking. - 5/31/10
