Tilapia Tacos

Ingredients
4 Tilapia Fillets6 8" Corn Tortillas1 Bag ready made coleslaw mix4 Tbsp fresh cilantro roughly chopped1 Green onion, sliced or minced1 Tsp diced jalapeno2 Tbsp light mayo (try to find the olive oil based)2 Tbsp fresh lime juice1/2 Tsp ground cumin1 Whole avocado, slicedSalt and pepper to taste
Directions
Pour enough vegetable oil to cover the bottom of a small skillet (for frying)
Sprinkle salt and pepper on tilapia and gill
Combine all other ingredients with coleslaw mix and set aside
Fry the corn tortillas in the vegetable oil to form into a v-shape--Pat dry to remove excess oil.
Assemble fish tacos-1/2 tilapia fillet=1 fish taco
Eat and Enjoy!
