Healthy Cornbread

Ingredients
1 cup whole wheat flour1 cup yellow cornmeal2/3 cup evaporated cane sugar1 teaspoon salt3 1/2 teaspoons baking powder1 egg white1 cup nonfat milk1/3 cup unsweetened applesauce
Directions
1. Preheat oven to 400 degrees F Spray with cooking spray, a 9 inch round cake pan.
2. In a large bowl, combine dry ingredients. Mix in egg, milk and applesauce until well combined. Pour batter into prepared pan.
3. Bake for 20 to 25 minutes, or until done.
