Grilled fish

Ingredients
450g Mackerel, sliced about 3/4in thick2 tbsp soy sauce1/2 medium sized onion, sliceda dash of pepper
Directions
Heat a non-stick skillet on medium heat. Place fish in pan together with onios. Cook ffor about 3 minutes then turn over. Add in soy sauce and pepper. Stir and cook for 3 minutes. Turn over repeatedly if required until fish is cooked. Serve with rice
