Pork and Spanish Rice

Ingredients
Pork Tenderloin boneless chops, 12 0z - all fat removed and cubed1/2 cup onions, chopped 1/2 cup green pepper, chopped 3 cloves garlic, mince28 medium salsa picante, 28 oz1 cup Kashi 7 whole grain pilaf( 1 pouch)Non stick spray
Directions
Spray large, heavy skillet with non - stick spray. Brown pork on all sides. Add all additional ingredients, except Kashi pilaf. Bring to a simmer, turn to low, cover and simmer 10 minutes. Stir in Kashi pilaf. Cover and simmer for 25 minutes or until Pilaf is tender and meat is done. Makes 5 servings -314 calories each
