Ingredients
4-3oz Boneless Skinless Chicken Breasts1 Whole Lemon4 sprigs of Fresh Lemon Thyme
Directions
Preheat the Oven to 350F
Lay the sprigs of Lemon Thyme** in a baking dish place one chicken breast over each sprig of Thyme. Pierce the Lemon several times with a fork and place in the center of the baking dish.

Cook for 25-30 minutes or until chicken is no longer pink in the center.

Serve with white rice or your favorite low cal side dish.

**Lemon Thyme plants can be found at your local farmers market
