Anne's Pasta..spinach, tomato & mozz

Ingredients
Spinach, fresh, 5 cup Olive Oil, 4 tbsp Fresh Mozzarella Cheese, minced Garlic, 3 clovesRed Ripe Tomatoes, 15 cherry halved*Barilla Mini Penne, 4 oz a shake of cayanne pepper, to brighten the flavors.Salt and pepper to taste
Directions
cook pasta...ladle out 1 cup of boiled water.
heat oil, Saute tomato until soft, add garlic, add spinach and pasta water, heat through , season with spices.
Remove from heat add cheese and warm pasta toss to coat..
