egg free waffles

Ingredients
1 1/4 cup all-purpose flour2 teaspoons baking powder3 teaspoons sugar1.5 Tablespoons canola oil1 and 1/4 cup cool water1/4 cup unsweet applesaucedash of salt
Directions
Sift dry ingredients together in a medium bowl. Make a little hole in the middle of this mixture and pour in water then oil. Stir just until wet.

Cook in waffle iron at preferred setting. Serve with butter/margarine and syrup.

May need to cook these a little longer than usual to get them crispy.
