Fried Brown Rice

Ingredients
3 cups cooked brown rice1 large Eggland's Best egg2 tbsp. Smart Balance Buttery Spread
Directions
Cook rice (1 cup uncooked brown rice + 2 cups water)

Fry rice in butter over extremely hot heat
Meanwhile, fry an egg. As it gets done, dice it up with the rice

You can add onion and/or green peas as desired.
