Low-Fat Cheese Sauce

2 slices 2% American Cheese1 Tbsp. Low-Fat Margarine1 Tbsp. Flour1/2 cup 1% Milk
1. In a small saucepan, melt the margarine on a low heat.
2. Add in the flour and wisk until it forms a roux (like of like a loose paste).
3. While constantly wisking, add the milk a little at a time. Continue to wisk until the mixture begins to thicken.
4. Add the cheese in, a little at a time, continuing to wisk until it has completely melted.
Serves 4.
