1.04 head, large (about 7" dia) Cabbage, fresh 4 tsp Garlic 1.04 medium (2-1/2" dia) Onions, raw 4 tbsp Kerry's Gold Pure Irish Grass-Fed Butter (Unsalted)
Cut cabbage in 8 pieces and do the same with onion place one piece of cabbage and one piece of onion on a piece of foil spray with parkay spray and sprinkle with a 1/2 teaspoon of garlic or you can use garlic salt or garlic powder and wrap with foil bake at 350 for about 60 mins or until cabbage is tender Or you can place on your grill and cook until cabbage it tender both ways work very well.
