Ingredients
1 tbs butter2 tbs flour1/4 c chopped green or sweet red pepper2 tbs chopped scallions2 c milk (skim or 2%)1- 6 oz can solid white tuna in water
Directions
Melt butter in large saucepan. Add chopped peppers and scallions and saute for 2-3 minutes. Add flour and combine. Stir in milk and cook over medium heat until mixture comes to a boil. Add flaked tuna. Heat and serve over whole grain toast, biscuits or mashed potatoes. Serves 4(1/2 c servings).
