TVP Chili

Ingredients
2 C. prepared TVP1 Can Chili Beans1 Can Red Kidney Beans1 Cup Corn2 Cans Tomato Sauce1 Can Diced Tomatoes1 Tbsp Oil1 Onion diced1 Jalapeno diced1 Tbsp Chili Powder1.5 Tsp CuminCooked Pasta
Directions
Heat oil in a soup pot, add onion and jalapeno and cook until soft.
Add the Chili Powder, Cumin, and TVP. Combine all well.
Add the Beans, Corn, Tomato Sauce, and Diced Tomatoes. Bring it to a boil then reduce heat and simmer about 10 Minutes.
We served it over some pasta, topped with some crackers and Parmesan Cheese.
