grilled vegetable medley

Ingredients
2 cups sliced zucchini2 cups sliced summer squash3 cups brocolli flowerettes, cut 1 medium onion, cut into wedges1 large red pepper, cut into 2 inch squares2 cups whole button mushroom caps12 Tbls light balsamic dressing
Directions
Mix all the veggies in a large bowl and pour the dressing over. Mix well and let stand at room temp for 1 hour, stirring occasionally. Put into sprayed grill basket and put on preheated medium heat grill. Grill for about 25 minutes,
checking and stirring as needed.
