Lowfat Chocolate Brownies

1 cup flour1/2 cup cocoa powder1/2 tsp baking powder1 tsp baking soda3/4 cup packed light brown sugar3 egg whites1/2 cup prune puree ( combine 2/3 cup dried pitted prunes with 3 tbsp water and puree till smooth in blender or buy prune puree in the baby food section)2/3 cup 1% milk 2 tsp vanilla
Preheat oven to 350 F.
Lightly spray 8" square baking pan with cooking spray.
Mix the first four dry ingredients together and set aside. Mix the brown sugar, egg whites, prune puree, milk and vanilla together.
Add dry ingredients to the liquids.
Stir well and don't over mix.
Pour batter into pan and bake for 40-45 minutes or until a tooth pick comes out clean.
Cool well and cut into 2" squares.
