Libby's Famous Pumpkin Pie

Ingredients
Mix 1 C flour1/3 C +1 Tablespoon Crisco shortening1 tsp. saltBlend flour into crisco.Add 4-5 Tablespoon COLD water, form a soft ball.Roll out pie crust and put into a 9" deep dish pie plate.Blend 1 can Libby 100% pumpkin pie filling1 C. granulated sugar1 can Carnation Evaporated milk2 fresh eggs1/2 tsp. salt1 tsp. cinnamon1 tsp. ginger1/4 tsp. ground cloves
Directions
Make pie crust in deep dish pie plate.
Mix all ingredients together for pie filling.
pour into unbaked pie crust
Bake 425 oven for 15 minutes.
then reduce oven temp to 350 for 50 min.
Test center of pie with knife. If knife comes out clean pie is done.
Enjoy.
