Ingredients
DRY INGREDIENTS: * Oatmeal, 1 cup (old fashioned or quick) * Soy Flour, .1/2 cup *White Flour, 1/2 cup * Wheat Germ, 2 tablespoons * Salt,1/2 tsp * Baking Powder, 2 tsp * Flaxseed, 3 tbsp * Splenda, 1/4 cupWET INGREDIENTS: * Canola Oil, 3 tbsp * Milk, nonfat, 1 cup * Egg, fresh, 1 large * Honey, 1/4 cupADDITIONS: * Sweetened Dried Cranberries, 1/3 cup * Walnuts, 1/3 cup, chopped * Dark Chocolate Chunks, 1/3 cup
Directions
Put all dry ingredients into bowl and mix. Make a well in the center.
Whisk wet ingredients together and put in the middle of the well. Gently mix wet and try ingredients together, then carefully fold in additions.

Put batter into muffin tins and bake at 400 for about 15 minutes.

Eat.
