Gina's Hashbrown Breakfast

Ingredients
1 cup (70 cal per cup) frozen hashbrown potatoes, thawed1 lg egg1 thin slice extra lean ham, finely diced2 Tablespoons low fat cheddar cheese Dash pepper
Directions
Set oven (or toaster oven) to 350.

Spray a small baking dish (I use pyrex 2 cup) with nonstick cooking spray. Mix all ingredients in small bowl. Dump into baking dish. Put uncovered into oven and bake between 30-40 minutes.
