This was yummy! I would definitely make this again! I didn't use the Splenda...instead used 1 Tablespoon of brown sugar and it was perfect! - 6/6/09

I'm not a big fan of chicken breast, so I'm always on the lookout for ways to disguise it. This was really good, and one I'll definitely make again. Since I don't like chicken breast, my favourite part of the meal was the sauce over the whole grain pasta....YUMMMO! - 6/17/09

I too served it over whole wheat pasta. This will become a regular. My husband doesn't like Splenda so I used brown sugar. I would recommend only using half the amount. - 5/29/09

Wonderful and easy. Greast combination of flavors and the splenda was indistinguishable from regular sugar in this dish. Served it over whole wheat pasta. Delicious! - 7/6/11

This was a wonderful dish. Very moist. I paired with cooked carrots and wild rice - mushroom flavor. Sophisticated taste, but my 9, 12, and 16 year old kids liked it. My picky 11 year did not. Too many tomatoes and onion for her liking. This is a keeper for our family! Thank you so much! - 6/10/11

I substituted the fake sugar with Vermont Maple Syrup....and I put in a few more cloves of garlic...I also put in the crock pot for a few hours instead of a skillet....wonderful! - 5/20/11

I used brown sugar in place of Splenda & Rotel tomatoes & served it over whole wheat egg noodles. My husband & I both liked the dish. Next time I'll cut back on the chili powder though. The Rotel tomatoes plus the 2 tsp. of chili powder made it a little too hot! - 1/25/11

My husband LOVED this recipe! He's in the best shape of his life @ 40 yrs old & it took alot of trial & error to get him to embrace a healthier way of eating. This dish is a prime example of how food that is good FOR you can be good TO you as well!!!! - 3/29/10

I really liked this. I served it over egg noodles. Next time I think I will only use 1 TBSP of Splenda, though. Yummy! - 8/22/09

I'm dieting and my boyfriend is not. So to be able to find a healthy dish that even he loves is amazing. I added a bit more hot sauce because the recipe wasn't that spicy without. Put over a bed of whole grain rice. YUM! - 8/8/09
