1 lb Ground Beef1 can Cream of Mushroom Soup1/2 cup Sour Cream3 cups Fiesta Blend Cheese6 sandwich type rolls
Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
Brown & Drain ground beef. Add cream of mushroom soup and sour cream. Sprinkle about 1/4 cup of cheese into each of the six rolls. Then spoon the meat mixture into rolls. You should have about 1/2 of the cheese left. Wrap each sandwich in aluminum foil and bake at 350 for 25 minutes.
Sprinkle about another 1/4 cup cheese into each sandwich right before eating and ENJOY!
