Ingredients
Ingredients: *Wheat flour, white, bread, enriched, 3.25 cup (remove)Salt, 1 tsp (remove)Yeast, bakers, 1.2 ounce (remove)Water, tap, 2 cup (8 fl oz) (remove)Basil, 5 leaves (remove)Garlic, 3 cloves (remove)Sun Dried Tomatoes, .5 cup (remove)Parmesan Cheese, hard, 4 oz (remove)
Directions
Disolve yeast in 2 cups H20 (110 deg).
rehydrate 1/2 cup chopped sundried tomatos in red wine. chop garlic, basil, grate 1/2 cup parmesan cheese. when tomatos are rehydrated drain off liquid.
add flour to yeast and blend, when all the flour is incorparated add tomatos, basil, garlic and 1/2 of the grated cheese. Knead 10 min. place in greased bowl cover set bowl in a warm place and let rise till double. about 45 min. pat down and make golf ball sized rolls and place on greased baking sheet let rise till double, sprinkle the rest of the shredded parmesan cheese on top of rolls. cook in a 350 degree oven till brown about 30 to 35 min.
