Fat Free All Bran Loaf

Ingredients
Kellogg's All-Bran Cereal, 50 gramsBrown Sugar, 75 gramsRaisins, 50 gramsApricots, dried, 50 gramsPrunes, dried, 50 gramsSemi Skimmed Milk, 150 mls Flour, whole grain, 50 gramsBaking Powder, 1 tsp
Directions
Put the All Bran, sugar, dried fruit and milk into a bowl and leave to soak for 30 minutes.

Add the flour and baking powder and stir with a wooden spoon until all mixed thoroughly.

Pour all into a non-stick loaf tin.

Bake at 325 degrees F (160 degrees C) for about one hour. Test that a skewer pushed into the loaf comes out clean and your loaf is done. Allow to cool in the tin. Invert the tin and let the loaf slide out onto a board. Makes 9 thick slices of only 116 calories each!
