Ingredients

1 Cup Flour1/4 Tsp Salt1 Tbsp Sugar1 Tbsp Canola/ Vegetable Oil1 Cup of Milk (non fat)2 eggs
Pre heat oven to 375 degrees. Grease (6) Pyrex 6 oz bowls.. really well!
Mix dry ingredients in a bowl. Blend wet ingredients in separate bowl. Slowly incorporate wet ingredients into the dry mixing till fully combined and no lumps are left.
Even distribute batter into Pyrex dishes. Place all 6 dishes on a cookie sheet and bake on the middle rack for 35 minutes or until a tooth pick comes out clean.
Let cool and top with butter, jam, or honey. Be creative. Popping action varies depending on elevation. Should look like a chef hat when fully popped.
