Pork Back Ribs

Ingredients
I peice pork back rib1 bottle of your favorite BBQ SauceI OnionGarlic
Directions
Fill half a roasting pan with water
Smear ribs with Garilc
Mix about 1/2 of BBQ sauce with water then place in ribs
Make sure the water completely covers ribs & that ribs are not over lapping.
Cover with foil
Back @ 275 for 2 hours
Let Cool then finish on the bbq adding more bbq sauce
