Perfect post-workout banana strawberry smoothie

Ingredients
1/2 frozen banana, cut into chunks1/2 cup frozen unsweetened strawberries1/2 cup Dannon Light & Fit vanilla yogurt1/2 cup skim or low-fat milk1 scoop protein powder (I use Muscle Milk Light-Vanilla creme because I'm a woman and find it tastes good and is best for my lean muscle mass needs)1 tbsp Flax Seed1/2 tsp vanilla extract2 tbsp Fiber One cereal
Directions
I blend everything together at once, adding the frozen ingredients to the bottom of the blender first.
