Asian Noodle Salad

Ingredients
1/2 head nappa cabbage1/2 head purple cabbage1/2 bag baby spinach1 red bell pepper, thinly sliced1 orange bell pepper, thinly sliced1 green bell pepper, thinly sliced1 small bag of bean sprouts3 sliced scallions1 bunch of cilantro, chopped
Directions
Mix all ingredients together and dress with Ginger Soy dressing.
