Ingredients
18 oz boneless skinless chicken breast 1/4 c plain bread crumbs6 tsp kraft parmesan cheese (grated)6 tsp kraft romano cheese (grated)1 tbsp dry basil 1 tbsp dry red pepper (more of less to taste)
Directions
Preheat oven to 375 degrees. Mix all dry ingredients together in a bowl. Cut chicken into strips. Foil line a baking sheet. Rinse chicken with water so strips are wet. Dredge through dry mixture. Place strips on baking sheet and bake in oven for 20 minutes. Recipe makes 4 servings 4.5 ounces each.

    We thought this was wonderfully delicious!! I lowered the red pepper to 1 t., but it was still a bit too spice for DD and me ... so I think I'll use 1/2 t. next time. I'm so HAPPY that I can have chicken nuggets again & be healthy!!! - 5/27/09

    I am a new cook and accidently used Crushed Red Pepper instead of dry red pepper, so mine were a bit spicy haha, but they were still very good! I will definitely make this again, but correctly next time =) - 5/6/09
