Ingredients
Potatoes - 8 largeKraft LIght Mayo - 5 tbs.Light Sour Cream - 3 tbs.Onions - 2 large onions choppedDill PIckles - 1 cup choppedDijon Mustard - 2 tbs.Celery - 1 cup choppedHard Boil Eggs - 3
Directions
Boil potatos but don't over cook. Boil until firm but cooked. Drain and cool. In bowl mix all other ingredients, then add cooled potatoes. Sprinkle top with Peprika. Chill for at least 3 hours before serving.

    This recipe was delicious! I substituted the onions with some home-made garlic marinade, and the celery with the equivalent of some home made Caribbean green seasoning; added a lil Mrs. Dash.....and boooom..... Tasty! - 9/21/09
