Ingredients
2-3 lbs lean beef stew or roast cut into bite sized pieces3 medium white potatoes, peeled and cut into bite sized chuncks2 pounds baby carrots, cut inot bite sized pieces2 onions, peeled and cut into bite sized pieces2 ribs of celery, remove strings and slice into bite sized pieces1 large can dice or sliced tomatoes2 tsp Mrs Dash's all purpose seasoning (or seasoning of choice)
Directions
Place meat in crock pot and cook for 3-4 hrs on medium low
Add remaining ingredients and cook until tender

    I used this recipe as a starting point - I threw in a cup of beef broth and a packet of onion soup mix and used 1 24 oz. can of fire roasted chopped tomatoes. Since I didn't have any celery, I added more carrots. It smelled and tasted great. - 9/3/09
