Ingredients
1.5 cups unprocessed wheat bran or oat bran1 cup whole wheat flour 2 tablespoons ground flaxseed1.25 teaspoons baking soda1 teaspoon ground cinnamondash of salt0.75 fat free milk0.33 cup honey1 ripe medium banana, mashed1 large egg2 tablespoons olive oil1 teaspoon pure vanilla extract1 cup fresh blueberries or other berries1 apple, peeled and chopped into small pieces
Directions
Preheat oven to 400 degrees
2 tablespoon muffin mixture into prepared muffin cup.
Bake for 10 minutes.
