Hamburger Rice

Ingredients
1 lb. extra lean ground turkey¾ cup chopped onion1 cup uncooked rice4 ½ cups water2 tsp. beef bouillon granules½ cup tomato paste2 ½ tsp. salt¼ tsp pepper1 tsp chili powder3/4 cup cheddar cheese
Directions
Brown the meat and the onions in skillet. Stir in rice, water, bouillon, and tomato paste. Add seasonings. Heat to boiling, stirring well. Cover and lower the heat. Let simmer 25 minutes. Add cheese before serving.
