Salsa Meatloaf

Ingredients
1 lb lean ground sirloin1/2 c bread crumbs2/3 c salsa1/2 tsp salt1/2 tsp black pepper1/2 c tomato sauce1 egg, beaten
Directions
Crumble ground beef, and combine with bread crumbs and egg. Add salsa, salt, and pepper, and mix well. Spray an 8x8 casserole dish with non-stick spray, then spread beef mixture throughout. Top with tomato sauce.

Bake at 425 for 45 minutes. Makes 6 servings.
