honey nut bagel spread

Ingredients
1 block fat free cream cheese1/2 cup chopped toasted pecans2 tbsp honey (you can also use maple syrup)
Directions
Let cream cheese soften slightly; add pecans and honey (Or maple syrup). Mix with fork until honey and pecans are completely incorporated in the cream cheese.
Spread a scant tablespoonful on a toasted bagel half.
