L.R. chicken tortilla bake

Ingredients
3 cups chopped, cooked chicken6 T. flour1-1/4 cups 2% milk1/3 cup chopped canned green chilis2 cups tomatoes and green chilis1 can 98% fat-free cream of chicken soup1 cup finely chopped onion12 corn tortilla2 cups shredded cheddar cheese
Directions
In a small saucepan whisk together milk and flour. Strain to make sure you won't have any lumps. Bring to a boil, stirring constantly. Cook and stir for one minute after it boils. In a large bowl, whisk together milk mixture and soup. Add chicken, chilis, tomatoes and onion. Warm tortillas in the microwave. Layer half of the tortillas on the bottom of a greased 9"x13" baking pan. Top with half of the chicken mixture and half of the cheese. Repeat layers Bake, uncovered, at 350 for 30 minutes. Makes 12 servings.
