Ingredients
1 lb. ground turkey1/2 c. black beans, rinsed1 c. diced tomatoes4 oz. shredded low-fat mozzarella4 dishes with 8 baked tortilla chips a piece (I used 4.5 of regular chips for the calorie count8 c. romaine lettuce avocado (optional)sourcream (optional)salsa (optional)olives (optional)
Directions
Brown turkey and add black beans until heated.
Add all together.
