Power Water

Ingredients
1/2 tsp. no salt1/4 tsp. salt3 T fiber-sure3 T Splenda4 C filtered water
Directions
Mix all (but the soluble fiber) ingred. in a jug. Add Fiber-Sure after the salt etc is dilute. Drink over the course of a day to meet half what I need for the above.
Add lemon, lime or juice to flavor. Maybe even powdered drink mix (no sugar).
