Broccoli Salad with Sweet Vinaigrette

Ingredients
3 tablespoons fresh squeezed orange juice2 tablespoons fat-free plain yogurt2 teaspoons stone ground mustard1 teaspoon 100% fruit orange marmalade preserves1 1/2 cups (3 1/2 oz) broccoli florets, coarsely chopped2 tablespoons chopped red onion
Directions
In a plastic storage container, whisk juice, yogurt, mustard and preserves.
Add the broccoli and onion.
Toss to coat and cover with lid. Refrigerate for at least 1 hour before serving
