Ingredients
Whole Wheat Pasta (1 cup)Regular Pasta (1 cup)Margarine (2 Tbsp)Whole Wheat Flour (1/4 cup)Cheddar Cheese (2 cups, shredded)Pepper (1 dash)Bread Crumbs (1/4 cup)Olive Oil (1 Tbsp)
Directions
Put pot of water on stove to boil
Melt margarine in pot on low heat
Add flour and pepper, stir well
Add milk and stir constantly on medium heat until steaming
By this time you should be able to add pasta to the boiling water, boil for five minutes
Remove sauce from heat and add cheese
Stir until smooth
Drain noodles and add them to the cheese sauce, mix well
Coat glass baking pan with olive oil, then sprinkle half the bread crumbs in bottom of pan
Add noodles & sauce to pan and spread evenly
Sprinkle remaining bread crumbs on top of noodles
Bake in 350 degree oven for 10 minutes
Remove and let sit for five minutes
Serve and Enjoy!
