1 large onion, diced1 medium size jar of roasted red peppers, drained, rinsed and sliced1 small can sliced Water chestnuts, minced1 lb box of mini pasta, cooked and cooled1 small can sliced Black Olives1 lb spinach, steamed, dried and chopped1/3 cup of Olive Oil1/3 cup of Balsamic Vinegar1 tsp Tastefully Simple Seasoned Salt1 clove of garlic, minced
Add all the ingredients to a big bowl. Mix well and chill for several hours before serving. It tastes even better if made the day before
