Sour Cream Banana Bread

Ingredients
6 bananas4 eggs4 C sugar1 1/3 C canola oil1 C sour cream4 C flour1 1/2 tsp salt2 1/2 tsp baking soda2 C walnuts, chopped2 tsp vanilla
Directions
Mix bananas, eggs, oil and sour cream. In a separate bowl add flour, salt and baking soda. Slowly add to banana mixture. Add vanilla and walnuts, mix well. Pour into 2 a well greased and floured loaf pans. Bake at 325 for 60-90 minutes. Makes 2 loaves (10 servings each).
