Vegan Mushroom "Beef" Stroganoff

Ingredients
-16 oz. (one box) whole wheat rotini or penne or any other pasta-2/3 container Tofutti Sour cream-12 oz. button mushrooms or any other mushrooms-1/2 bag of morningstar or boca "beef" crumbles-1 large onion-5 cloves of garlicveggie stocksalt, pepper, basil
Directions
saute garlic in veggie broth until golden.
then add onions and heat until golden.
start cooking pasta in seperate pot according to directions.
next add the cut up mushrooms to the onions and garilc (they will decrease in size)
then slowly add the sour cream and stir.
(low heat)
after about 3 minutes, add the crumbles.
stir in about a half cup of water.
stir until hot. if needed add cornstarch to thicken.
serve warm over noodles.

8 servings.
(1 cup pasta and 1/8 of sauce)
