1 cup bread flour2 cups whole wheat flour1/2 tsp. salt1 tsp. yeast1 tsp. canola oil1 tbsp. soy milk1 tsp. cinnamon1/2 cup raisins1 cup lukewarm water
Place all ingredients into bread machine pot. Cook on fruit or nut setting on bread machine.
While bread dough is kneading, if the dough looks too dry add a little more water, if it gets too wet add more flour to make a nice soft, well formed dough.
