one-pot garden chicken & whole wheat noodles

Ingredients
2T light margarine3/4 pound skinless chicken breast cut into 3/4 inch pieces1/3 cup finely chopped onion1 3/4 cups 98% fat free chicken broth2 Cups frozen peas and carrots1/2 Pkg. Ronzoni Healthy Harvest wide noodle uncooked1 can 98% fat free Cream of Chicken Soup3/4 Cup 1% milk3/4 Cup grated Parmesan Cheese, divided
Directions
In heavy 5-quart saucepan over medium heat, melt margarine; add chicken & onion. Cook 5 min or unitl chicken is no longer pink. Add chicken broth; heat to boiling. Stir in uncooked pasta and vegetables, stirring to coat evenly with liquid. Heat to boiling; reduce heat. Cover; simmer on medium heat 8 minutes, or until most liquid is absorbed, STIRRING OCCASIONALLY. Meanwhile, in medium bowl, stir together soup, milk, 1/2 cup cheese until smooth; stir in pasta mixture. Simmer until heated through. Serve sprinkle with remaining cheese. Makes 6 servings.
