1.5 cup Quaker unprocessed bran.75 cup whole wheat flour.5 cup sugar1 T. baking powder.75 t. cinnamon.5 t. salt.75 cup canned pumpkin (applesauce can be substituted).25 cup simply smart fat free milk2 egg whites2 T. smart balance omega oil
Mix all ingredients together. Pour into 12 lined muffin cups. Bake in a 400 degree oven for 18 to 20 minutes.
