Garlic Hummus (20 kcal/2TB)

Ingredients
1 can Aunt Penny's Organic Garbanzo Beans3 tsp Christopher Ranch Chopped Garlic in oil1/2c fat free plain yogurt (great value brand)a few squirts of Lemon Juice (reconstituted lemon juice) (1.5TB or so)
Directions
All I had was a tiny electric chopper, so I just made this in 3 batches with that, and combined it all in a Tupperware container.

You can just dup all the ingredients into a food processor and puree it.

that's it!

super easy! super yummy!

makes 16, 2 TB/ea servings
