Versatile Baked Brown Rice Balls

Ingredients
4 cups fully cooked brown rice1 t. salt1/2 t each black pepper, garlic powder, italian seasoning1/4 sliced green onions (green parts) (optional)2 eggs1/4 c. bread crumbsOlice Oil for drizzling (optional)
Directions
Cook rice according to package directions, cool completely.
Combine all ingredients except olive oil and mix to combine well.
Use about 2T of rice for each ball (about 32)

Serve as a side.
