Ingredients
millet 1 cupbran flakes 1 cup1 large egg2tps salt 2 tsp sugarrye flour one cupwhole grain flour one cupolive oil 2 table spoons 3 tsp sure bake yeast
Directions
put all ingredients in bread maker in the order your manufacturer advisor's.We turn mixture into eighteen buns and let them rise for about 3 hours .not a light bread but very filling and rather tasty
