Vke best friend bread

Ingredients
1 pkg. yeast2.5 cups very warm(not hot) water1/8 c. veg oil1/2 c. powder milk1 1/2 tsp. salt6 TBS white sugar1/2 c. white flour (to start) approx 7 c. added
Directions
Time not included for dough to rise.

1. Take very warm (not hot)water and put in mixing bowl.
2. Float yeast on top (don't mix yet).
3. Take out other ingredients now.
4. Pour 1/8 c. of oil onto yeast in bowl.
5. In seperate bowl, add, powdered milk, flour, salt, sugar and mix well.
6. Add this mixture to yeast water. Mix well.
7. Add 1/2 c. flour to mix and mix well.
8. After mixed, keep adding flour cup at a time until dough isn't sticky.
9. Oil counter. When dough isn't sticky, kneed dough for 10 minutes.
10. Put dough into oiled bowl and let rise until doubled (approx 2 hours). Put 2-3 large dry towels over top of bowl so no draft can get to dough while rising.
11. Punch down and seperate into two bread pans. Roll like a snake and let rise again approx 1 hour.
12. Bake in preheated 350* oven for 25 minutes. Best Bread ever.
